This refactoring makes it possible to distinguish runtime types (in $crate) from any other type. I reviewed all the types one by one to ensure types not in the runtime have absolute paths. It will make maintenance easier.

Description
This is a refactoring of types in macros to distinguish types in the crate ($crate) from types not in the crate (absolute paths). It will make maintenance easier.
