Summary & Motivation
Converting https://github.com/dagster-io/demo-gen/tree/add-all-examples/my-demos/per-customer-data-processing to the main docs. Originally I had put this in in the partitions section of the main docs but stylistically it is very similar to the mini example Dynamic outputs vs Python parallelism so put it alongside that. Happy to move to wherever
