Add JetBrains Toolbox EAP cask

Adds a jetbrains-toolbox-eap cask for the JetBrains Toolbox EAP channel, enabling it to coexist with the stable jetbrains-toolbox cask.

Changes

• Casks/jetbrains-toolbox-eap.rb — New cask mirroring the stable Toolbox formula with:
  • Livecheck pointed at type=eap via the TBA product code
  • rename "JetBrains Toolbox*.app", "JetBrains Toolbox EAP.app" to allow parallel installation with stable
  • uninstall/zap stanzas matching the stable cask's launchctl identifier and data paths
  • Initial version seeded from stable (3.2,3.2.0.65851); hourly bump workflow will promote to latest EAP build automatically
• README.md — Added jetbrains-toolbox-eap to the casks list

Done in b5c570d — renamed the cask to jetbrains-toolbox-eap (file and README updated). Also aligned the comment on the rename stanza with the style used in other EAP casks.
