WIP SPIKE: Communities

Summary

Warning

WIP + experimental, please do not merge as-is

This is a "day-one" draft of a 2-day spike to get communities working on Damus.

This is what is currently (kind of) working:

1. A new community tab
2. Hard-coded list of topic communities
3. Timeline for each community with real posts loading
4. The ability to post to a community timeline
5. The ability to see and reply to community posts
