🏷️ fix: Display details of selected modelSpec in Landing & ChatForm

Summary

When a modelSpec is selected, name and description of the currently selected model is now reflected in:

• <Landing />
• the placeholder in <ChatForm />

This makes it more consistent with the user experience you get when you have an agent selected.

Change Type

Please delete any irrelevant options.

• Bug fix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

Testing

The test steps I've performed:

• Add a modelSpec to your librechat.yaml
• Look at the new chat / welcome screen when this modelSpec is the currently active model
