  • dt_colorspace_get_name() got better strings for NONE and FILE
  • in mipmap and pixelpipe we don't report CPU if in generic part of the code

Various log improvements

- dt_colorspace_get_name() got better strings for NONE and FILE
- in mipmap and pixelpipe we don't report CPU if in generic part of the code
- we always want the dt_print...() variants to be used
