This PR adds 2 new apertures (f/0.95 and f/1.2) to the list of apertures presented in the add new preset -> auto apply -> aperture pull down options.

The rationale to add f/0.95 and f/1.2: More lenses come on the market that offer a wide(r) open aperture.

There's also the selfish reason: I own a non-cpu f/1.2. At the moment I cannot auto apply anything and having f/1.2 as an option would solve that......

Why not, the last modification on this area was to remove some aperture value, see 9534ffb. So let's bring @victoryforce in the discussion.

Just to make my case a bit stronger and also reflect on the previous deletions:

The f/0.7 is a bit legendary (Apollo missions and the Barry Lyndon movie) and not available for the general public and I've never seen a f/0.5. So I fully understand why those two are no longer present.

The two added apertures are more common. Especially the f/1.2, as both older versions, as I have, but also newer. My local camera shop has 62 f/1.2's (different brands and mounts). The f/0.95 is not all that common, but I thought it would fit in.

I was thinking of reworking it in a different way to make setting the aperture more convenient and flexible, but that's unlikely to happen soon in my current conditions, and additional values wouldn't hurt

dt_gui_presets_aperture_value_cnt needs to be updated. was 19 needs to be 21
