Looks great. Can you also update the documentation that will show up on https://darshan.readthedocs.io/en/latest/darshan-util/pydarshan/docs/usage.html so that it is updated when this is merged? There are some notes in the readthedocs/DEVELOPER_NOTES.md file (Wei-keng or I can help if you don't already have access to the dashboard to see previews).
