This is a library crate, not a binary. Remove the unused main.rs file.
Remove commented-out options from rustfmt.toml and organize settings by category. Migrate rust-toolchain to TOML format and update nightly version. Changes: - Remove commented-out options from `rustfmt.toml` - Organize settings into Line width, Imports, and Formatting sections - Rename `rust-toolchain` to `rust-toolchain.toml` with TOML format - Update nightly version to `2025-01-01`
