We bump to 1.7.2 instead of 1.7.0 because of Connection Pool Shutdown errors described in 1.7.0, which were reverted in 1.7.2

hey @abolisetti the iceberg-rest-image now moved over into the Iceberg repo and is available at https://github.com/apache/iceberg/blob/main/docker/iceberg-rest-fixture/Dockerfile

Would it still be possible to merge this, as this pipeline is still publishing the docker image, and I will need to spend some more time figuring what needs to be done get the image from iceberg directly. Specifically I need to verify if bumping this iceberg version will fix the errors we have been seeing

@abolisetti This is now part of the official Iceberg repository: https://github.com/apache/iceberg/tree/main/docker/iceberg-rest-fixture
