  • Bump up optimism to 1.13.6 ( 1.13.7 is not supported by latest kona)
  • Bump up lodestar to support Fulu HF
    • Use yoshidan/lodestar instead of original lodestar because original lodestar doesn't support sidecar_blob after Fulu HF.
