We find that dashes in account names cause issues with Linux and would like to replace them with underscores.

Hi,

Thanks for the PR, could please give us more detail about the error you encounter on linux?

Thx,

Hi Mayeul and colleagues,

As we use user isolation framework, we run a shell script to create the synchronized users on Linux.
That's where we get problems - Linux does not allow hyphens in user names.
We have already a few users with hyphens in the email (e.g. [email protected] currently would result in user Ted.Hassen-Woodpecker_organisation.com).
In that case our shell script crashes, making it impossible to properly impersonate such users.

Best regards,
Viorel Pluta
