Removed all previous Databricks AutoML code which utilized sklearn. We had this code in our pipelines for some of our older schools, but since we now retrained everything to H2O, all of this code has become deprecated.
I also removed
model_typeandframeworkas parameters in our pipelines and configs since these are no longer needed as well.If somehow we get blocked with H2O in the future, and need to come back to this code, we can refer back to this PR.
