As of the 20200327 Dockerfile version, we have added Protobuf, WebP, GStreamer and Eigen to the OpenCV build.

This release provides means to generate containers images for TensorFlow 1.15 and 2.0 / CUDA 9.2, 10.1 and 10.2 / OpenCV 3.4.9 and 4.2.0
