- upgrade bindgen. (datenlord#28) - set rust toolchain version. (rust-lang/rust-bindgen#3052) - add handwritten debug impl.

+1 - had this issue too, on Ubuntu 24.04, using latest (as of Friday) rust nightly toolchain. |

This pull request updates the bindgen crate to the latest version, addressing build issue #26 with minimal changes to the codebase.
Additionally, the memoffset crate is also updated as part of this PR for consistency.
