- Exclude 127 services after revisiting the requirement: -- Have some level of transparent, public pricing. -- Offer some sort of usage based model that supports self-service. -- Provide a service that is critical to how other platforms operate (indicators might include a public SLA or status page). - Added 6 new items. - Recategorized some items.

Added Momento, Upstash, E2B, Cloudsmith, Depot, and Mintlify under relevant categories to expand the list of data, AI, and cloud development platforms.

This is a huge cleanup, thanks @felixwidjaja - let's see how it lands. in the future we may want to expand the "Future Clouds" or "Almost Clouds" for providers that don't meet the requirements of self service and pricing.
