If the front matter widget has focus, and then we move to a document that has no front matter, focus would go to nowhere rather than to somewhere useful. This commit ensures that focus lands in the document (which is what the user would expect).

It's not impossible that someone might not care one jot about seeing front matter; so this adds a configuration option that lets such a person turn it off for good.
