The modbus manuals are not the easiest to understand, but as I am reading them, this would only apply to the LV inverters and would be undefined behavior in the HV firmware. HV should use the register 146. I'd recommend confirming and limiting to LV only if so and if 146 does not work on LV.

Tested on SUN-15K-SG01HP3-EU-AM2 (High Voltage) with firmware version 3001-F052-1E08 (HMI: 2001-C030)
My Deye screen does not have the sell option, but the DeyeCloud app does. And with this commit it now works with HomeAssistant. I don't know what it will do with Grid+Sell option, but the selling works.

You don't have this "Sell" checkbox? Selling works regardless of that though, by using the "Export first" Work Mode.

However, this is a good catch. It seems that the "Sell" checkbox does indeed toggle bit 5 of that register and I can verify your change works on the HV (FW 3002-1095-11410 / 2001-C048).

Though I personally would prefer separating this into its own toggle ("Program x Sell") as the list is getting complex. I'm not sure if selects support bit masks on writes, but if not, it would mean separating grid and gen into their own switches as well. Which would be better anyway if you ask me, and in-line with the inverter UI.
