1. Run npm install to install dependencies
2. Run cp .env.example .env to create an .env file, update with the appropriate values
3. Run npm run dev to start the development server
4. Visit http://localhost:3000 to view the app (or http://10.0.0.33:3000/ if you are running the Dutchie app at the same time)
