I gave @yum-yab the task to review it. I think he forgot to write here. the PR is totally standalone. it does not hook into anything specific to archivo.
we have GSoC2024 topic to extend this feature, and in case we get students they can use it as warmup task to refine this PR https://forum.dbpedia.org/t/ontology-time-machine-package-manager-using-dbpedia-archivo-gsoc-2024/2737
@k00ni let us know if you have suggestion w.r.t to the gsoc topic, or even would like to co-mentor it, or know students who might be interested to apply for it.
