[Feature] ProgressBar - click and drag to set fillAmount #326

Make ProgressBar be able to receive mouse input. Can click or drag to set fillAmount.

Maybe add another parameter in ProgressBarAttribute to give user an option to turn on/off editable will be better?

I'm glad that really helps you. But it seems that this project hasn't been maintained already.

1. Has all features that NaughtyAttributes have, with more features I've added
2. If you don't want to migrate your project, you can use NaughtyAttribute together with SaintsField just fine
