  • stakeholder-identification — Map every stakeholder before engaging anyone: broad brainstorm → allies/audiences/influencers → R/P/D marking → equity lens → narrow to priority targets. Adapted from MITRE ITK.
  • stakeholder-mapping — Run two complementary grids (Power × Interest for engagement strategy; Impact × Power for whose voice to elevate) and compare to find the gaps. Adapted from MITRE ITK.
  • stakeholder-engagement-advisor — Per-stakeholder engagement planning: diagnoses their profile and context, then delivers tailored message framing, medium, cadence, and a named next action. Adapted from MITRE ITK.
  • derisk-measurement-advisor — Interactive skill that helps PMs design measurement strategies that reduce risk across Cagan's four dimensions.
  • company-intel — Workflow skill that researches a company across multiple dimensions and synthesizes findings.

PRD template overhaul:

The prd-development template has been rebuilt with:

  • Per-section coaching blocks (Instructions, Steps, Contributing Skills, Activities)
  • Inline gap tagging: 🔶 Assumption (plausible but unvalidated) and 🔵 Open Question (needs discovery)
  • Cross-section recommendation prompts between all 10 sections
  • PRD Self-Assessment diagnostic (strongest/weakest section, top assumptions, recommended next step)
  • 15 skills cross-referenced to the specific sections they feed
  • Updated example showing the new conventions in action
  • /write-prd command updated with new checkpoints
