The prd-development template has been rebuilt with:
- Per-section coaching blocks (Instructions, Steps, Contributing Skills, Activities)
- Inline gap tagging: 🔶 Assumption (plausible but unvalidated) and 🔵 Open Question (needs discovery)
- Cross-section recommendation prompts between all 10 sections
- PRD Self-Assessment diagnostic (strongest/weakest section, top assumptions, recommended next step)
- 15 skills cross-referenced to the specific sections they feed
- Updated example showing the new conventions in action
