feat: Map Satellite

Stage 1 - Basic map

• Map rendering with low-res images from a static local storage. No updates of the photos are needed for this phase.
• Pan & scroll
• Zoom in & zoom out (don't put too much zoom in)
• Signal to report when you click a parcel

Stage 2 - POI & Places

• Add Pointer of Interest (executing method: POST to https://dcl-lists.decentraland.org/pois)
• Add Categories top-bar
• Show places in the map using places api: (docs https://decentraland.org/places/docs/) (endpoint to use https://places.decentraland.org/api/map)
• Implement search bar

Stage 3 - Archipelagos

• Implement Archipielago Hot Scenes (info from https://archipelago-ea-stats.decentraland.org/hot-scenes) with effect to show where the users are...
