Add "Privacy and Security" to the specs document as per W3C requirements. https://www.w3.org/TR/did-1.0/#security-requirements

did:cid published specs have been updated. The update makes the didDocument conformant with DID-CORE as per discussion and recommendations from Markus Sabadello, Otto Mora, and others from the ID Workgroup.

Great work @Flaxscrip . I also see the DID test suite PR is under draft: w3c/did-test-suite#240

did:cid is also registered now in https://www.w3.org/TR/did-extensions-methods/#did-methods. No additional extensions to register since our specs now match the core specs objects.
