chore: update promo code to NEW20 and minify tailwind.css

Summary

Two small updates bundled in this branch:

1. Promo code update — NEW10 → NEW20

• File: .deco/blocks/Header.json (line 11)
• The header alert text was updated from "Get 10% off today: NEW10" to "Get 10% off today: NEW20" to reflect the new promotional coupon code.

2. static/tailwind.css minified

• File: static/tailwind.css
• The file was compacted from its expanded multi-line format (~5 921 lines) into a single minified line. The CSS content (Tailwind v3.4.1 + DaisyUI utilities) is identical — only formatting changed, reducing file size significantly for production delivery.
