Fix XXE vulnerability in ManifestParser and AmazonS3. The ManifestParser class and AmazonS3 class were vulnerable to XML External Entity (XXE) attacks when parsing XML files. This vulnerability could lead to information disclosure, denial of service, and other security issues.
