This PR adds ToCodex to the VS Code Extensions section.

ToCodex is an open-source enterprise-grade general-purpose AI coding agent that supports both official and third-party models with flexible integration. DeepSeek is integrated as a top-listed built-in model provider in ToCodex, visible in the onboarding provider selector, the settings provider list, and the official website model showcase.

Evidence:

  • Official website: DeepSeek V4 Pro is displayed as the first model card in the ToCodex model showcase.
  • Onboarding UI: DeepSeek is available as a built-in API provider during initial provider selection.
  • Settings UI: DeepSeek is available in Settings > Providers > API Provider, listed before Anthropic, OpenAI, OpenRouter, Google Gemini, and other major providers.
  • Usage: deepseek-v4-pro / deepseek-v4-flash are selectable in the model picker and used to run real coding tasks.

ToCodex also supports MCP tools, custom modes, scheduled tasks, BYOK, OpenAI-compatible providers, local models, and configurable model routing for agentic coding workflows.
