A DataLoader over a Subset with NumPy indices receives None and fails during collation.
The lazy, cached and memory-mapped loaders recognize Python int but silently fall through on NumPy integer scalars. Accept NumPy integer scalars and normalize them to Python int before indexing.
Test:
DS_ACCELERATOR=cpu PYTHONPATH=. python -m pytest tests/unit/runtime/test_indexed_dataset.py -q. All 12 DataLoader regressions fail before and pass after, covering three storage formats and signed/unsigned 32-bit and 64-bit indices. Changed-file pre-commit passes. Real files, Subset and DataLoader executed on Apple M2 Pro CPU.
