Replace the file /Applications/Charles.app/Contents/Java/charles.jar with charles-macos.jar (make sure it's named charles.jar)

Windows:

Replace the file C:\Program Files\Charles\lib\charles.jar with charles-win.jar (make sure it's named charles.jar)
