Add examples for deployment via rootless Podman Quadlets

@joeyaurel Yes, but not enough, apparently. I fixed an issue with SELinux and mounting /etc/machine-id, however this fix requires the user to generate a machine-id and treat it as a secret. It's the most reasonable approach I could think of but it requires additional documentation. I can cover that in #63 by extending the scope of that PR to also add to the docs.
