feat(with-watch): list recognized commands in help

Summary

• add a long-help appendix to with-watch --help that lists the recognized delegated-command inventory
• generate the inventory from analyzer-side command metadata so help stays aligned with supported command families and aliases
• update README, public docs, and with-watch contract docs to match the new help output and exec --input guidance
