Replace portfolio event queries with harcoded positions snapshot

• Adds a snapshot of all open positions to be used in place of giant portfolio event queries.
• Edits the portfolio tables to show "Current Balance". This data used to be built up by aggregating TransferSingle events, but now that the bondAmount is hardcoded, this new "Current Balance" display will show how much of the position is actually still open (if <= 0, the position won't show).
• Updates the close forms to also use "Current Balance" for the balance display and max button.
