Now that
deno desktophas shipped in Deno 2.9, the info box on every desktopdocumentation page still said "Coming in Deno 2.9" and told readers the feature
was not in a stable release yet, with instructions to install the canary build.
This updates that box across all 18 desktop pages to state that the feature is
available starting in Deno v2.9.0 and to point readers at the upgrade guide if
they are on an earlier version.
