This reverts commit 390061a. The `parseVersionRange` function in `src/version.ts` now accepts: - "latest" - "stable" This is to match the `deno upgrade` channel name, and allow the `latest` value that was working in this action.

Fetch the latest stable version from github.com.
This will allow those who only access GitHub to install a version that can then be used to retrieve older versions via
deno upgrade.Watching the release process and reviewing the checklist template has convinced me to use the docs repository instead.
Currently, the deno repository has bumped the version before the release and artifacts are available.
The docs site updated about 15 minutes after the release artifacts were available. That's good enough for me.
