Allowlist

Update production allowlist CSV (va.gov-team-sensitive)
Update AWS Parameter Store w/ GitHub credentials / allowlist repo location

USIP & SIS configuration

Ask Identity to update SIS client config (vets-api DB)
Set corresponding USIP configuration in vets-website

Build & serve ARP SPA

Promote ARP SPA to be built for production (content-build)

Feature toggles

Toggle on frontend
Toggle on backend
