Add guidance permitting more than one link in an alert when valid secondary actions exist (example: Sign-in alert with primary "Sign in" and secondary "Create an account"). Also tidy link-related guidance by removing a redundant clause about standard links often being secondary and appearing alongside buttons for clearer wording.
