Added privacy logic to strip event details and rename to a specified title when overrideEventDetails is enabled. Updated createEvent function to include a signature for event changes.

This function strips event details from the source calendar before creating/updating those events on the target calendar. Set overrideEventDetails = true to enable feature. Set overrideEventTitle to whatever event title you want displayed like "Busy" (default).
