Input field Help Text v0.3

This version does more of the input field initialization for you. A little less coding for you to do.

Input field Help Text

Place a descriptive name in an empty input text field. Help text is replaces as soon as the user starts typing a value. Help text is added back in if the input field is blank onblur.

This is my initial release and I am using this now.
