in this task I was asked to fix 4 issues :
1- Implement Get Pokémon by ID
2- Implement Get Pokémon by Name
3- Implement Get Pokémon by Type
4- Implement Get Pokémon by HP (with Query Params)
so by looking in ROUTES FILE , I created the routes so solve the problems ;
