Adds in the diff between Logilica's imported repo list and what we remembered to add, or originally added, via the config file, so it is now a complete list of what Logilica is pulling data from.
From talking with the team, they have some lower touch repos in devfile/ that we should include in Logilica for completeness. This adds them, and I'll need to run tool and do an import if there are no concerns. There are 21 repos in their org, 3 are marked deprecated and don't need to be imported, and 2 are already in our config. This PR adds the additional 16 repos. Maps to DPROD-814

This PR adds the additional 16 repos.I had this one build on the updated list from 811, thinking that would be the first to merge, and it would be simpler than updating it after, but I'm happy to adjust if that was the wrong move.
