LGTM, there's balance in the + and - so everything nets out neutral and we didn't lose anything :)
Also pushed a 1 line commit to fix a typo in a repo name I found after running the import.

This PR puts the repository lists in the configuration file into sorted order, to make them easier to maintain and to make it easier to locate entries in the lists.
