It seems the latest version is 0.145.0 not 0.145.1 (so not sure how the other stuff was working; the netlify build fails bc there is no release at 0.145.1) See https://github.com/gohugoio/hugo/releases

This PR aims at fixing hugo warnings and errors locally, by updating the version and some deprecated field to the newer variant.
My colleague, @Ovijmek21 helped me with this as well.
