Awesome Foundation Models for the Brain

A professionally curated list of Modeling papers, Datasets, Experimental papers, Code Repositories, and Benchmarks for Foundation Model for the Brain. This repository compiles

  • recent works in pre-trained foundation models in neuroscience (with available code)
