Show posting list length for B-tree index tuples.
pg_filedumpnow detects posting list tuples (BTreeTupleIsPosting(), Postgres >= 13) and printsPosting Length: <n>where n is the number of TIDs in the list.The change makes it easier to see how many TIDs are stored in each posting list when inspecting deduplicated B-tree pages.
