Updates the Russian gettext catalog (ru.po) to fill previously missing translations and apply updated UI terminology so Russian strings align with the product’s “Identity/Account” wording.
Changes:
- Replaced a number of “Identity” translations with «учётная запись» to match the new terminology rule.
- Replaced a number of “Account” translations with «аккаунт» to match the new terminology rule.
- Added missing Russian translations for several previously-empty strings (e.g., session timeout / sign-in prompts).
