Title: Add complete Turkish (tr) translation
Description:
I have completed and added the Turkish translation files (.po and .mo) for the project.
What's done:
Complete Translation: Translated all missing strings in the current catalog.
UI Verification: I have tested the translation by running the application locally. All menus and messages were verified in the UI to ensure they fit correctly and make sense in context.
Terminology: Consistent terminology was used throughout the translation (e.g., using "izleyici" for monitor/watcher).

Due to some recent technical issues with my GitHub account, I had to overcome some hurdles to submit this PR. If you notice any minor formatting issues or commit errors, I kindly ask for your understanding. I am very much looking forward to contributing to this project.
