Per ATP brevity, automatic THREAT calls should say "Threat BRAA ..." or "Threat bullseye ..." — adding "group" conflates broadcast control with tactical group labelling. Fixes #653 Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.6 <noreply@anthropic.com>
