This PR ensures that all places with
FeedbackandIndicatorwidgets now use the new components.In addition, the PR fix an issue where the widgets were shown even when there were no program rules/indicators.
Legacy components with outdated behaviour have been removed, and widget visibility is now handled consistently using shared logic.
