#370 added some noise by accidentally checking in .agents/skills managed by symposium. Ripping that out and adding to .gitignore to prevent future regression. If we ever want to directly vend skills for working on the repo, we can cross that bridge, and symposium is figuring out a spec to support that without re-exporting.

Also ripping out SYMPOSIUM.toml since it is only really useful when developing skills locally, and #195 adds support for path-based overrides for that use case anyway. I'm preparing a separate PR to add us to https://github.com/symposium-dev/recommendations
