I will merge this for now. Although be aware that we are reimplementing the library completely, also with a new HTTP/2 implementation (see the latest comments of #56). If you're curious, the reimplementation is happening on the |

Minimal changes to make it compiling with the recent version of H2.
The H2 version 0.13 is needed to make it compatible with EIO 1.2.
